proud today to be the first diamond cutting factory
in Thailand to be awarded ISO 9001:2000 and the “Belcert”
certification from Belgium. At a time when competition
is high and only the best can survive, I cannot emphasize
more the need for ISO 9001:2000. With this type of standardization,
you are not only assured of producing top-quality products,
but also consistency in quality, so that the customers
can be assured that they get the best not only once
but all the time. Furthermore, ISO 9001:2000 certification
ensures that the precision equipment used in the cutting
and polishing of diamonds is always kept in its best
condition, with regular calibration and service. We
have also benefited tremendously from the ISO 9001:2000
in the way of standardized training in all departments
and the strict control of stocks and raw material.
On this

ISO 9001:2000 in May 2003
Quality
has always been Rosy Blue's main priority. From sorting
unequalled supplies of rough diamonds to providing customers
with value added services, the group is always looking
to make that extra stride to excellence. Rosy Blue Thailand's
recent receipt of the ISO 9001:2000 quality management
system is by far the company's greatest achievement. The
first diamond factory in the country to ever receive the
prestigious certification, Rosy Blue Thailand is truly
in a league above the rest. Awarded the ISO 9001:2000
in May 2003, the company took only one year to implement
the management system. Rosy Blue Thailand is keen on providing
only the best for its customers and, by obtaining the
ISO certification, the company guarantees that quality
will not only be ensured once but every time.
